My Internship and Residency at San Francisco General Hospital Between 1974 and 1977

You will be reading several anecdotes from my medical internship and residency at San Francisco General Hospital between 1974 and 1977. These will be include acute Addison's Crisis in a gypsy queen, the witness to the Zebra killings in San Francisco, Tuberculosis ward and the alcohol detox ward. These are humorous and at the time were examples of how we interns and residents cut through the tension of doctors in training.
