The hardest part of exercising is not doing the activity; more often than not, it is getting started. Physics dictates it takes more energy to put an object that is at rest into motion than it is to continue the action once it has begun. It is only natural this applies to exercise as well. Is it because of motivation or lack of motivation exercise is so difficult to get stuck into? To be more specific we are talking about the long-term.
