It is known from time immemorial that eating whole grains promotes good health. However, not much has been done on improving the knowledge to help the maintenance of good health. This analytical work has thrown some interesting insight on the therapeutic effect of whole grains. This article makes an attempt to simplify the findings of this study for the benefit of readers.
