Do You Want A Liver Like a Goose?

Foi Gras is a favourite French pate, made from goose livers. In order to make the livers nice and fatty in preparation they don't force feed the goose fat, they feed it grains. To fatten up a cow or sheep or any other tasty form of meat, the best option is grains. If they let the cows eat grass they eat what they need, but feed them grains and they just pig out! So why do humans think that eating grains is healthy and fat will make us fat!
