Law enforcement efforts and existing psychiatric services are proving to be inadequate in preventing mentally ill individuals from harming others. Brain damage resulting in mental illnesses can be caused by stealth adapted viruses. These viruses, which are not effectively recognized by the immune system, can be suppressed via an alternative cellular energy (ACE) pathway. Clinical trials are needed to evaluate the potential benefits of drinking activated water as a means of enhancing the ACE pathway in psychiatric patients.
