Laser Skin Resurfacing is done by two methods either ablative or by a non-ablative laser that strikes directly on the water directly on your skin that is on the Fractional E: Glass or fractional co2. It works directly by targeting the water molecule in your skin cell and micro injuries. That is created in your skin which leads skin tightening in which the body responds by creating new collagen and elastin cells (essentially skin cells). This works especially for scars since a previous injury had resulted in the body responding with scar tissue, but after the laser, the body responds with normal skin cells, and over a period of time after a few sessions, scars start fading.
